We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team! You are an exceptional individual who excels in both project and customer management. You adeptly handle escalations and conflicts, turning complex situations into opportunities. You will also be a master in matrix management, motivating and driving internal and external teams to success. You are highly skilled in enforcing project management framework & tools with a CAN DO attitude, and demonstrate independent and self-managed capabilities. You will be preparing comprehensive plans for EVERYTHING, including strategic and tactical plans, based on risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Also, projects monitoring and professional data-driven status reporting are key strength points. You will drive the organization to a continuous improvement and learning mode, with respective initiatives and culture. You excel in working with and managing large enterprise customers, understanding their processes, constraints, budgets and all related aspects, leveraging this knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and sentiment during the implementation phase.
You come from a technology/software product company background, with hands-on experience managing technical projects and working closely with R&D, integration, QA and other technical disciplines internally, alongside enterprise customers externally. You are expected to develop a working technical understanding of the system itself - able to translate technical capabilities into practical usability for customers, not just manage the project shell around it.
This role will serve as Shield's primary and first point of presence in North America, so you must be highly comfortable working independently, with sound judgment and minimal oversight.

What You'll Do:
Manage large scale projects E2E from initiation to closure, for enterprise customers.
Enforce the Shield project framework methodology internally & externally while managing the project.
Serve as the primary and first point of contact/presence for Shield in North America.
Maintain direct contact with customers and build long term relationships, with project teams and key senior stakeholders from the customer side.
Customer management during the project life cycle.
Manage project scope, plan and content control inbound and outbound.
Inbound matrix management of various tech disciplines - integration engineers, QA, R&D, etc.
Manage risks and create the respective mitigation and contingency plans.
Define, prioritize, negotiate and communicate customer requirements inbound.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
Requirements
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in managing large scale projects with enterprise customers.
Background in technology/software product companies, with experience working with enterprise clients.
Experience managing technical projects, including direct collaboration with development/R&D teams and other internal organizational functions.
Basic working knowledge of the system/product, with the ability to translate technical detail into practical usability for customers.
Experience with working in a global SW / Product companies.
Experience working with international companies and markets beyond Israel (Israeli background/Hebrew fluency preferred).
Strong, proven ability to work independently and self-manage with minimal oversight.
Strong multitasking capabilities.
Ability to work in a highly fast-paced work environment.
Collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in analyzing project metrics and making data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel abroad from time to time.
Detail oriented and well organized.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
*** This position is based in NY - The base salary for this role is between $160,000 USD - $175,000 USD a year. The salary will be dependent upon many factors, including your experience level, skill set, and market knowledge. This range is based on Shield’s good faith estimate as of the date of the job posting and may be modified in the future.
