As the business continues to expand, this role offers the opportunity to shape products across additional markets and make a lasting impact on the future of payments.
What you'll own
Shape the future of merchant onboarding and servicing experiences by defining and executing product strategies that improve client outcomes, accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business value.
Own and evolve the product roadmap to align market needs, customer insights and business priorities, ensuring investments drive growth, efficiency and competitive advantage.
Transform customer feedback into product innovation by identifying trends, uncovering opportunities and delivering enhancements that improve usability, satisfaction and long-term client success.
Influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that balance customer needs, operational effectiveness and strategic business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on quality and execution.
Drive product performance and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, backlog prioritization and outcome-focused delivery that advances both customer experience and business results.
What you'll bring
6+ years of product management, product ownership or related experience delivering successful business or technology solutions in complex environments.
Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps and prioritize initiatives that create measurable customer and business outcomes.
Experience gathering and translating customer insights into clear product requirements, customer-centric experiences and impactful product enhancements.

Analytical problem-solving capabilities combined with sound business judgment and a passion for delivering innovative, customer-first solutions.
It's a bonus if you have
Experience working within Financial Technology (FinTech) or payments organizations, particularly in merchant onboarding or servicing environments.
Background in Agile product development, software delivery or business analysis, including collaboration with development and architecture teams.
Experience supporting products across multiple markets or regions and navigating evolving customer, regulatory or business requirements.
