The Collections Specialist contacts delinquent customers to negotiate repayment or settlement of account balances while maintaining accurate documentation. They must ensure all collection activities comply with FDCPA regulations and internal company policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. Previous experience in collections or a call center environment is strongly preferred.

Location: Evansville, IN – In Office
Business hours are Monday through Thursday 7A-7PM. Friday 7AM-5PM, and Saturdays (closed first Saturday of the month) 8AM-12PM.
Schedule requirements are 1 night a week until 7PM, 1 Friday a month until 5PM, 1 Saturday a month 8-12, and a flexible schedule thereafter
