The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, inspecting guest rooms for quality standards, and managing housekeeping staff. They also handle inventory, address guest concerns, and ensure the hotel remains fully stocked and compliant with brand standards.
Candidates should have experience in hotel cleaning or housekeeping roles and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. A high school diploma is preferred, along with the flexibility to work various shifts.
Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector responsibilities include all aspects of cleaning guest rooms such as changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. Their responsibilities also include assigning rooms, inspecting rooms, training employees, and counseling employees. You will also address guests’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
