人事部門（HR Team）に所属し、コンサルタントの評価／育成を担っていただきます。
経営層と一体となりコンサルタントのDevelopment Processを主導・シニア層からインプットを受け、情報収集やデータ分析を行い、 コミュニケーションプランを作成し展開、マネジメントの最終意思決定のサポートところまで担当いただきます。

・大学卒業以上
・人事領域でのキャリア構築に強い意欲をお持ちの方
・英語力（TOEICスコア750点以上 またはビジネスレベル）
・社会人経験3年以上（人事経験は不問）
・主体的にマルチにプロセスをマネジメントし結果につなげる、スピーディかつ的確な業務遂行能力
・各層各所との円滑な業務推進のため、関係構築する総合的なコミュニケーション力及び調整力
