Role Purpose
The Brand Manager is responsible for building the future of Aperitif culture in Japan—driving the growth of Aperol and Campari, two of Campari Group’s top global priorities. This role focuses on shaping new drinking occasions, introducing Aperitivo to Japanese consumers, and delivering modern, culturally resonant brand experiences that make our brands distinctive, desirable, and socially relevant.
Alongside the Aperitif portfolio, the role provides stewardship for Cognac, Champagne, and Agave, ensuring strong brand presence and operational excellence. This position blends strategic brand building, cultural insight, and hands-on execution, ideal for a marketer who wants to build category momentum and shape culture in Japan.

Aperitif Growth Strategy & Cultural Development (Aperol & Campari)
Lead a Japan Aperitivo strategy, defining occasions, rituals, and seasonal moments.
Adapt and elevate global brand platforms, ensuring cultural and seasonal relevance in Japan.
Build culturally relevant brand experiences and storytelling that strengthen awareness, desirability, and distinctiveness.
Drive organic brand discovery and cultural relevance through influential partners, hospitality networks, and lifestyle communities.
Track and optimize brand performance across awareness, trial, penetration, and equity KPIs.
