Develop and refine target audience analyses, network analyses, operational profiles, and intelligence assessments to identify opportunities for influence, engagement, and operational effects.
Integrate all-source intelligence, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, and finished intelligence, to support target development and operational planning.
Conduct network analysis to identify key actors, influencers, facilitators, communication pathways, vulnerabilities, and relationships relevant to mission objectives.
Analyze adversary and friendly capabilities, behaviors, objectives, and operational environments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for action.
Develop intelligence-derived recommendations, measures of effectiveness (MOE), and assessment criteria that support operational planning, targeting, and campaign evaluation.
Coordinate with planners, intelligence analysts, collection managers, and operational staff to synchronize intelligence requirements, collection efforts, and targeting activities.
Produce intelligence products, target packages, operational assessments, and executive briefings that support course of action development, decision-making, and mission execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ and 5+ years of experience supporting intelligence analysis, targeting, PSYOP, Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), or national security missions.
Demonstrated experience conducting target development, target audience analysis, network analysis, and all-source intelligence assessments in support of operational objectives.
Experience integrating multiple intelligence disciplines, intelligence databases, and analytical tools to produce actionable intelligence and targeting recommendations.
Proven ability to develop intelligence products, target packages, operational assessments, and executive-level briefings for planners and senior decision-makers.
Desired
Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security Studies, Information Operations, International Relations, Strategic Studies, or a related field.
Experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF), Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, PSYOP, Sensitive Activities, or strategic competition initiatives.
