W tej roli będziesz:
budować i rozwijać długofalowe relacje z klientami (B2B), w tym z kluczowymi interesariuszami po stronie klienta,
analizować działalność klienta oraz ryzyko kredytowe/handlowe, w tym ekspozycję na odbiorców, branże i rynki,
projektować i rekomendować programy ubezpieczeń należności,
prowadzić proces placementu: przygotowanie materiałów, negocjacje z ubezpieczycielami, analiza warunków oraz rekomendacja wyboru,
wspierać klientów w bieżącej obsłudze polis,
współpracować z ubezpieczycielami i zespołami wewnętrznymi (w tym w środowisku międzynarodowym) przy złożonych programach,
przygotowywać prezentacje, podsumowania i rekomendacje dla klientów w sposób jasny, merytoryczny i przekonujący,
inicjować działania wspierające rozwój portfela klientów i cross-selling w ramach grupy.
Czego oczekujemy:
minimum 3-5 lat doświadczenia w firmie brokerskiej lub ubezpieczeniowej (mile widziane w obszarze ubezpieczeń należności / trade credit insurance),
bardzo dobrej znajomości rynku ubezpieczeniowego i umiejętności analizy warunków ofert,
co najmniej dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego,
bardzo dobrych umiejętności komunikacyjnych i negocjacyjnych oraz umiejętności budowania relacji,
samodzielności, odpowiedzialności i inicjatywy,
prawa jazdy kat. B,
bardzo dobrej znajomości pakietu MS Office (środowisko Windows).
