Your role

As a Junior Manager (Supplier Relationship Management), you will lead the development and execution of supplier relationship strategies for the organization's most strategic suppliers. Acting as a trusted partner to Procurement leadership, Category Managers, and key business stakeholders, you will drive supplier performance, governance excellence, risk mitigation, and value creation. You will play a critical role in strengthening supplier partnerships and ensuring supplier ecosystems support the broader business objectives and long-term growth.

Your Tasks

• Develop and execute supplier relationship strategies for strategic and business-critical suppliers.
• Lead supplier governance programs, including executive business reviews and stakeholder engagement forums.
• Drive supplier performance management through KPIs, scorecards, and structured improvement 
  plans.
• Partner with Procurement and business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation, value 
  creation, and cost optimization.
• Oversee supplier segmentation activities and define appropriate engagement models across the 
  supplier portfolio.
• Lead supplier risk assessment and mitigation initiatives in collaboration with Risk, Compliance, 
  Information Security, and Privacy teams.
• Deliver strategic supplier insights, market intelligence, and performance reporting to support 
  business decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices across supplier relationship management 
  frameworks and processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management.
• Proven experience managing strategic supplier portfolios within complex, global organizations.
• Strong background in supplier governance, performance management, and relationship development.
• Experience in supplier risk management, due diligence programs, and cross-functional risk mitigation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships with supplier 
  leadership teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficiency in supplier management and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, as well as reporting tools including Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
