About the Role
Be the Heart of Our Perth Office | Part Time (circa 25 hours a week)

We're looking for an Administrator, Operations Support, Perth to become the driving force behind our Perth office. This isn't your average administration role - it's an opportunity to shape the employee experience, build a positive workplace culture, and ensure our office is a place where people feel welcomed, supported and inspired every day. The role requires someone to be based in our Perth office 4 days / week.
Key accountabilities:
As our Administrator, Operations Support, Perth, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll:
Create an exceptional workplace experience for employees, clients and visitors.
Be the friendly face of the Perth office, ensuring it's welcoming, professional and operates seamlessly.
Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations, wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities that people genuinely look forward to.
Support business leaders and project teams with high-quality administration and operational support.
Lead local workplace support activities and continuously look for ways to improve how we work.
Build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted partner to leaders and employees alike.
About You
