What the day will look like
As an Enterprise Client Analyst, you will sit at the center of Aon’s enterprise client ecosystem—balancing critical thinking, insight development, and disciplined execution. You will partner closely with Enterprise Client Leaders (ECLs) to support high‑quality client engagement, revenue growth, and long‑term client relationships.

This role offers important exposure to Aon’s most sophisticated and strategic Enterprise Clients and the leaders who serve them. You will work closely with senior client leaders, collaborate across regions and solution lines, and gain deep insight into how enterprise‑level client strategies are developed and accomplished.
You won’t just support the process—you will help build conversations, elevate insight quality, and influence outcomes that matter to both clients and Aon.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or equivalent years of relevant industry experience

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $61600 - $65000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
