This position is a remote opportunity and is based across Alberta.

Partner with commodity managers and Senior Retail Agronomists to align training with portfolio strategy, seasonal priorities, and retail execution, serving as a technical escalation and enablement resource.
Provide agronomic expertise and field validation across crop protection, seed, crop nutrition, private brand, and specialty products (e.g., biologicals and fertilizers) to drive adoption and market growth.
Support sales and marketing initiatives by ensuring accurate agronomic messaging, contributing to campaigns, and acting as an agronomy subject matter expert.
Enable effective use and adoption of AgZone FIELD by training agronomists on best practices, value creation, and consistent application in agronomic services.
Travel within territory 2-3 days/week or as needed.

Have a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Agriculture. Master of Science degree is preferred. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Applicants must be registered or need to become registered with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists or the Manitoba Institute of Agrologists as defined by The Agrologists Act.
