Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a CPA preferred. Deep knowledge of GAAP and experience in the utility or regulated energy industry are highly valued.
Position Summary
The Sr. Director, Non-Utility and Accounting Strategy is responsible for leading the Company’s non-utility accounting function and providing strategic direction over technical accounting, benefits accounting and accounting for new business growth.
This role drives consistency in accounting policy application, and serves as a key advisor to senior leadership on complex accounting matters, new transactions, and strategic initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $214,200 to $326,100 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
