The Preconstruction Engineer provides technical, pricing, and administrative support to the preconstruction team to assist in project pursuits and sales objectives. Responsibilities include performing conceptual designs, managing estimates, conducting building surveys, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering and have 3-10 years of experience with mechanical and industrial systems. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret various construction drawings are required.
