The Project Architect will manage the design, documentation, and construction phases of luxury residential, office, and mixed-use projects. They will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to produce construction documents, coordinate with consultants, and ensure projects meet budgetary and schedule constraints.
Candidates must hold a professional accredited degree in Architecture and possess at least 5 years of continuous professional experience. Proficiency in Revit and experience in all phases of project development, including detailing and construction documentation, are required.

Our West Palm Beach office is seeking Architects with 5-8 years’ experience to join our team. Projects include Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality, and Mixed Use/Retail.
As a Project Architect at Arquitectonica, you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design, documentation and construction of our projects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding.
