The Senior Project Superintendent acts as the primary leader on the job site, overseeing daily construction activities, safety protocols, and subcontractor performance. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction with a general contractor. Proficiency in construction software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Procore is highly preferred.
The Weitz Company is looking for an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL working on commercial construction projects! This role is responsible for safe, well managed, on-time delivery of, and profitable field operations. The Senior Project Superintendent plays a critical role in establishing a safety culture on the jobsite and will work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff to achieve the best outcome possible. This role will also create/maintain effective client, vendor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships.
