Candidates must have 0-3 years of experience in real estate development, finance, or a related field and hold a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling is required, with preference given to those with LIHTC or affordable housing experience.
Description
We are currently seeking a Development Analyst to join our growing team. The role is based in Virginia Beach, VA, and will provide support in all areas of real estate investment and development. Opportunities for future advancement are significant and will be earned as the candidate demonstrates mastery of his or her responsibilities. The successful candidate can expect to be exposed to acquisition of land and income-producing assets, rehabilitation and repositioning of existing properties, and ground up development. By leveraging complex capital resources, the role will be involved with the capitalization of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multifamily residential projects. The candidate will work closely with a Development team that oversees all facets of ground-up development, including feasibility, contract due diligence, preconstruction development, construction, and stabilization.
