The Senior Estimator is responsible for performing quantitative takeoffs, establishing labor productivities, and soliciting competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors. They also manage contract administration for secured projects and maintain positive customer relations to grow the business.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of construction estimating experience and proficiency in takeoff software like On-Screen Takeoff or Quickbid. A bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Management and OSHA certification are preferred.
