The Preconstruction Manager acts as the primary liaison between owners, designers, and construction teams to align scope, budget, and risk from project pursuit to handoff. They lead the development of project estimates, GMP proposals, and execution strategies for collaborative delivery projects.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction and alternative delivery projects like Design-Build or CMAR. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred, along with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
