The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing apartment turnovers, painting, drywall repairs, and addressing work orders. They also assist with preventative maintenance programs and perform regular inspections of common areas.
Candidates must have at least one year of residential maintenance experience and possess their own hand and power tools. An EPA 608 certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Hourly: $20.00 - $23.00, commensurate with experience.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday, on-call rotation as needed.
