Candidates need at least five years of experience in safety and risk management, preferably within high-rise structural concrete construction. An associate or bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or relevant certifications like CSP or ASP are preferred.

The Regional Safety Manager (RSM) is responsible for ensuring compliance with all OSHA regulations, leading defense against citations, and managing the training, injury protocols, and claims processes. This position oversees on-site inspections, data analysis, and the development and enforcement of preventative safety measures. The RSM also supports local leadership in improving safety performance.
