The Community Manager is responsible for driving the financial performance, operational excellence, and leasing success of the community. They provide leadership to the operations and maintenance teams while ensuring high standards of customer service and brand compliance.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of multi-family property management experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
