The Senior Plumbing Technician is responsible for diagnosing drain and sewer piping concerns, clearing lines, and advising customers on next steps. They work independently, ensuring safety and quality in plumbing installations while maintaining customer focus.
Candidates should have thorough knowledge of sewer systems and the ability to work independently with strong communication skills. Experience in evaluating team performance and providing coaching is also required.
The Senior Plumbing Technician is responsible for meeting with customers to identify and diagnose specific drain/sewer piping concerns, getting the line(s) flowing and advising customers on next steps to include a Camera Technician and a camera main inspection. Drain Technicians produce quality, on-time inspections and clearing installation of plumbing related jobs to meet the requirements of our customer agreement and in accordance with local plumbing codes.
Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
