The HVAC Senior Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, performing maintenance and service calls, and communicating repair options to homeowners. They must document work performed and maintain truck inventory while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience and an EPA Type II certification. Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer communication are essential, along with a valid driver's license.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
