Customer Care Coordinator / Service Dispatcher

Quest International is seeking an organized and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to support our Field Services operation in Irvine, California.

This is a fast-paced coordination role that serves as a central point of communication between customers, field service technicians, Operations, Logistics, and other internal teams. You will help schedule and dispatch technicians, manage service requests, track parts and shipments, maintain accurate service records, and keep customers informed when schedules or service needs change.

This position is a strong fit for someone with experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, logistics, service coordination, order processing, or technical-service support who enjoys keeping multiple moving pieces organized.

What you’ll do:

• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations nationwide
• Coordinate appointments, technician availability, customer requirements, and service priorities
• Communicate with customers and technicians regarding ETAs, delays, schedule changes, and service updates
• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests
• Create, update, and close Service Orders, work orders, and Return Authorizations
• Maintain accurate information in ERP, CRM, ticketing, or service-management systems
• Track parts and service-related shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations
• Help ensure technicians have the correct parts and materials before scheduled service calls
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Field Service teams
• Prioritize urgent requests and adjust schedules when technicians, customers, parts, or service conditions change
• Maintain accurate documentation for operational tracking, reporting, and invoicing support
• Follow up on open service activity to help make sure issues are completed and properly documented

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, logistics, operations coordination, customer service, or similar experience
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
• Comfortable coordinating multiple customers, technicians, orders, or service requests at the same time
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience with ERP, CRM, ticketing, order-management, or service-management systems is preferred
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Typing speed of approximately 45+ WPM
• Ability to remain professional and organized when handling urgent requests, escalations, and last-minute schedule changes

Preferred experience:
Experience supporting field service technicians, dispatch operations, logistics, parts/shipping, equipment service, medical devices, electronics, industrial equipment, or another technical-service environment is a plus.

Schedule and location:
This position is 100% onsite at Quest International in Irvine, CA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Pay and employment:
$21.00–$24.00 per hour. Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
