The Estimator assists in the preparation and review of lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus estimates while performing conceptual cost analysis. They are responsible for coordinating discipline estimates, reviewing design scopes, and performing productivity analysis for construction operations.
Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience in estimating or construction. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
