Superior Contracting & Maintenance is looking for an experienced 1099 contractor specializing in remediation to join our contractor network. This role involves independently managing property damage remediation projects and providing dependable repair and restoration services across different types of properties.
We are seeking a motivated professional who can evaluate property damage, create practical remediation plans, coordinate with project stakeholders, and complete restoration work in accordance with Superior’s quality expectations.
With more than 13 years of industry experience, Superior Contracting & Maintenance has built a strong reputation as a reliable partner for property management companies, offering comprehensive maintenance and turnkey services.
