The Maintenance Technician II performs essential maintenance duties including appliance, plumbing, electrical, and A/C repairs for an apartment community. They also assist the Maintenance Supervisor with managing community programs and ensuring service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Candidates must have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. An A/C Certification (Type II or Universal) is required for this position.
