The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep of the apartment community, including resolving work orders and performing repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. They must also manage inventory and provide on-call emergency support while living on-site.
Candidates should have previous experience in multi-family property maintenance and possess or be willing to obtain an EPA certification. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks like snow removal are required.

We are currently looking for a Standby Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team to help support a positive experience for our residents. Live where you work for FREE! No commuting expense or dealing with traffic!
This particular role must live on-site in a company-provided apartment, in return for being available to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis. This position requires the ability to complete all work orders assigned according to company policies and procedures.
