The role involves operating Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) to collect geospatial data via LiDAR and photogrammetry for renewable energy projects. The pilot is responsible for ensuring strict FAA compliance, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with surveying teams and project management.
Candidates must hold a current FAA Part 107 certification and have 2-3 years of experience in UAS operations or surveying. A high school diploma is required, while a degree in Geomatics, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
