The Maintenance Supervisor will lead overall maintenance operations to ensure work orders and unit turns are completed within company standards. They are responsible for managing the maintenance budget, performing inspections, and ensuring the physical integrity and safety of the community.
Candidates must have prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a Class A apartment community. Required certifications include EPA Type II or Universal, with a CPO certification required within three months of employment.

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who knows how to make an impact! Someone who is committed to achieving goals by priority while also maintaining the long term physical integrity of the community. This is an ultra luxury high-rise community in downtown Indianapolis!
As Maintenance Supervisor, your mission will be to efficiently lead overall maintenance operations to budget; ensuring work order and make ready goals are completed per Bluecore standard. To achieve this mission, you will:
Paid Time Off- 120 hours PTO accrual stating upon hire.
