The Senior Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations to ensure projects are constructed safely, on time, and within budget. They directly supervise field craft labor and non-craft personnel while ensuring compliance with all contract documents and legal regulations.
Candidates must have over 15 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years in risk mitigation and 5 years in top leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience is required.

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned and ensures the project/area is constructed in a safe, timely, profitable and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. He/she directly supervises field craft labor and non-craft field personnel.
