The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and proven experience managing crews in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. · Lead and manage day-to-day commercial roofing operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

· Review estimates and construction drawings for accuracy, constructability, and planning
· Coordinate project schedules, inspections, testing, and crane/delivery logistics
· Manage materials and equipment by ordering, tracking, securing long-lead items, and ensuring all jobs are properly stocked to maintain uninterrupted workflow
· Monitor job progress, quality control, safety compliance, and productivity across all active projects
· Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and timesheets
· Collaborate with clients, property managers, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth job flow
· Recruit, schedule, and evaluate employees while maintaining strong crew morale
· Enforce company policies, safety programs, and quality standards throughout all phases of construction
