The Superintendent leads innovative infrastructure projects by managing site safety, supervising project teams, and coordinating trades to ensure quality and productivity. They are responsible for creating project schedules, managing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Candidates require a Journeyman certificate or an engineering degree, along with an NCSO designation and preferably a Gold Seal certification. At least 5 years of progressive field supervision experience and a deep understanding of construction methods and safety legislation are expected.
