The Apprentice is responsible for constructing and maintaining buildings, including laying foundations and erecting structural formwork. They perform cement work, assemble frameworks, and maintain structural woodwork and flooring.
Candidates must be currently indentured in a Carpenter Apprenticeship Program with at least two years of experience in the trade. CSTS training is a prerequisite, and knowledge of safe tool operation and material estimation is required.
