The Project Manager will lead the delivery of water and wastewater capital projects from concept through commissioning, managing planning, design, and construction. They are responsible for overseeing external consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and have at least 6 years of relevant experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Arizona is preferred, along with strong knowledge of water/wastewater infrastructure and regulatory processes.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Project Engineering to lead the successful delivery of water and wastewater capital projects from concept through commissioning. Based in our Glendale, Arizona corporate office, this role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in a collaborative, project-driven environment and enjoys seeing complex infrastructure projects come to life.
As Manager, Project Engineering, you will be responsible for managing the planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout of capital improvement projects. Working primarily through external engineering consultants and construction contractors, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within approved budgets while meeting regulatory and operational requirements.
