The Senior Civil Estimator will lead the bid process for complex projects, including scope definition, risk assessment, and executive review facilitation. They are also responsible for preparing accurate estimates, negotiating with subcontractors, and mentoring junior staff within the department.
Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction with at least 12 years of civil construction experience. A minimum of 5 years of specific estimating experience, particularly in transportation infrastructure, is required.
