Candidates need at least one year of manufacturing experience and proficiency with hand tools and measurement systems. A clear criminal background check and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.

What This Role Is All About
As an assembler, you play a key role on our plant floor by helping manufacture high-quality windows and doors on a special production line. You will work closely with team members to ensure products meet our standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
