The Senior Estimator conducts detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications to determine project requirements and establish critical path schedules. They lead the pricing of general expenses, perform quantity take-offs, and manage the tender development process while liaising with consultants and project teams.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent trade experience, along with 12 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating. Gold Seal certification in estimating is required, as is a proven track record of leading pursuits valued up to $250 million.
