The Site Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and quality standards. They will also manage project finances, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain clear communication with the home office.
Candidates must have at least seven years of experience in commercial building construction, with a preference for ten or more years. Proficiency in reading construction plans, managing budgets, and ensuring site safety is essential for this role.

Position Summary: The Site Superintendent is a 12-month contract role who will oversee day-to-day construction activities on the project site and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, internal project teams, and the home office. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping the project on track while supporting communication, documentation, safety, and cost awareness.
Compensation Range: $120,000 | 12-Month Contract
