The Business Systems Analyst will lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements for industrial construction processes. They will also manage training rollouts, validate system configurations, and act as a primary liaison between operations, technology teams, and external vendors.
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience and a post-secondary education in information systems, IT, business administration, or a related field. Experience with heavily integrated systems related to construction, such as workface planning or asset tracking, is highly preferred.
