The technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while responding to resident work orders. They must also maintain property cleanliness, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a mandatory EPA Section 608 Certification. 1-2 years of apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver's license are also required.
