The Associate Project Manager supports residential renovation projects from acquisition to completion by coordinating schedules, budgets, and vendors. They conduct site visits and maintain project documentation to ensure work is completed safely and on time.
Candidates should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in construction or project coordination and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business. A valid driver's license is required, and OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
The Associate Project Manager supports the management of residential projects from property acquisition through completion. Working closely with and under the guidance of Project Managers, this role coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, documentation, quality control, and field operations to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while gaining hands-on experience in residential construction project management. Must be local to the Austin, TX area for the role. Pay range for the role is $25.00 to $32.00 an hour.
