Manage overall estimating activities for construction projects, including the preparation and presentation of accurate estimates. Coordinate subcontract solicitations, perform quantity takeoffs, and supervise estimating staff to ensure bidding schedules are met.
Requires a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 7 years of estimating experience and the ability to read technical specifications and drawings are required.
