Oversees the planning, design, implementation, and tracking of both short-term and long-term construction projects. Ensures successful execution of building renovations and facilities planning within a healthcare environment.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management, or equivalent experience. Candidates must have four years of institutional or healthcare construction experience and one year in physical plant operations.
Oversees the planning, design, implementation and tracking of short term and long term construction projects.

Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement.
Four years of construction experience in institutional construction, facilities planning, or healthcare is required.
