The Make Ready Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs to ensure apartment homes meet company standards. They also conduct unit inspections and preventative maintenance while providing signature service to residents.
Candidates should have experience in building maintenance and related trades with a strong ability to solve mechanical challenges. The role requires flexibility to serve on-call on a rotational basis throughout the year.

The Role
Our Make Ready Technicians are resourceful learners who have a knack for solving mechanical challenges. From touch-up paint to plumbing and electrical repairs you approach obstacles head-on. You deliver a positive living experience for our residents by maintaining the community and taking care of the way they live with our “signature service”.
