Maintain the community's overall appearance and provide signature service to residents through various mechanical repairs. Responsibilities include managing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations while ensuring vacant and occupied units meet company standards.
Candidates must be experienced in building maintenance and related trades with the ability to handle on-call rotations. The role requires a solution-driven individual who is punctual and capable of meeting deadlines for recurring community needs.

Our Maintenance Technicians are resourceful learners who have a knack for solving mechanical challenges. From touch-up paint to plumbing and electrical repairs you approach obstacles head-on. You deliver a positive living experience for our residents by maintaining the community and taking care of the way they live with our “signature service”.
Compensation: $22.00-$23.00 hourly plus bonuses. Health and retirement benefits available as well as rental housing discounts.
