Perform operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility. Coordinate with sub-contractors and building managers to ensure equipment is maintained to industry standards and client satisfaction is met.
Candidates must possess a Universal CFC/R-410A certification and basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 60 pounds, climb ladders up to 30 feet, and availability for 24/7 on-call shifts.
The Maintenance Mechanic will perform operations, repairs and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to equipment within the facility, while acquiring skills and knowledge to complete the training required to obtain licenses. The hours for this position are 40 hours per week- must be able to work weekends. Salary $23-$26 depending on experience.
