The technician performs routine field tests and observations for construction projects and building science services. They are responsible for documenting test results, calibrating field equipment, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate or technical degree in a related engineering field preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting 40 pounds and working at heights in various weather conditions.
Building Science + Infrastructure Technicians are the frontline workers for ECS projects. A Technician observes and performs routine field tests and observations on a per project basis as assigned by others. Work is task based and will be performed in the field. Technicians present a positive customer service attitude and understanding of ECS Core Values.

The expected pay range for this role and location is $22-$35/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
