Perform operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility. Coordinate with sub-contractors and building management to ensure client satisfaction and system status reporting.
Candidates must possess a Universal CFC/R-410A certification and basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems. Physical ability to lift 60 pounds and climb 30-foot ladders is required, along with 24/7 on-call availability.
The Maintenance Mechanic will perform operations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment within the facility, while acquiring skills and knowledge to complete the training required to obtain licenses.
Location: Reston, VA
Hours: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm (Must be flexible and able to work weekends)
Salary: $22-$26
