As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL, you will manage all high-performing operational aspects of the assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio in accordance with the requirements of all local regulations while overseeing the teams supporting your area of responsibility including FM, AFMs, Facilities & Engineering Coordinators. This comprehensive facilities leadership role combines operational excellence with strategic client partnership, requiring you to exhibit exceptional customer and stakeholder service and communication as a client-facing professional while supporting the IFM team to ensure clear management and ownership in driving internal operations and delivering services to the highest possible standards within adequate timeframes.
