The Service Technician provides repair and maintenance for installed window and door products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing customer issues, managing service orders, and maintaining part inventories.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in window installation, carpentry finishing, or remodeling. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with a proven track record of superior workmanship.

WE ARE
Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Service Technician to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. This position will be at our new Roanoke office.

Duties

      • Providing service and repair on previously installed window and door products.
      • Analyzing customer situations and determining corrective actions to be taken and ensuring customer satisfaction.
      • Keeping track of all service orders and maintain communication with customers.
      • Follow established company guidelines and procedures regarding work performed.
      • Maintain inventory of all service parts and replenish as necessary.
      • Occasionally performing new installations

What YOU bring!

      • Minimum of 3 years of window installation, carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience.
      • High School Diploma or equivalent.
      • Proven track record of superior workmanship.
      • Customer service skills.
